LOS ANGELES - iSportsWire -- In partnership with REGARD Magazine and non-profit organization Bnevo, California Yacht Club today announced the inaugural "Beacons of Excellence" celebration honoring two trailblazers in sport and community: Marie Rogers a member of the U.S. Sailing Board of Directors, captain and instructor, and commodore of the historic Los Angeles Yacht Club, where she has championed broader participation in the sport. Truly Adams, a 15-year-old American Formula 1 prospect from the who recently became the first U.S. driver in history to reach the finals at the FEED Racing Volant F4 Finals in France. The fundraiser will take place Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the California Yacht Club,  4469 Admiralty Way, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292.
