(ΗΡΣ) is a non-collegiate business sorority of women founders and professionals that was established by two African-American college-education women and business owners.
Eta Rho Sigma Sorority, Inc. aims to support and empower BIPOC women in business by providing resources for personal and professional growth, networking, and community engagement. The organization values inclusivity, equity, and social justice. "We strive to promote these values in all aspects of our work," said Founder & National President, Trenice J. Brinkley.
As an international service organization, Eta Rho Sigma Sorority, Inc. is committed to giving back to BIPOC communities through volunteerism and philanthropy.
