Winners are selected through an evaluation process that includes both employer assessments and employee feedback.
The recognition underscores Forum's ongoing commitment to fostering a workplace built on collaboration, trust, professional growth, and service excellence.

Since first earning the recognition in 2021, Forum has been named one of Illinois' Best Places to Work every year the award has been presented. The six-year milestone reflects Forum's continued commitment to its team members and the culture that supports both staff and the clients they serve.
Forum provides pharmacy services and clinical support to long-term care, assisted living, post-acute care, and developmental disability providers throughout Illinois and neighboring states. The 2026 Best Places to Work in Illinois honorees were recognized during an awards program hosted by Daily Herald Suburban Business on May 7 in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Honorees will also be featured in a special statewide publication celebrating this year's recipients.
