Since first earning the recognition in 2021, Forum has been named one of Illinois' Best Places to Work every year the award has been presented. The six-year milestone reflects Forum's continued commitment to its team members and the culture that supports both staff and the clients they serve.

Forum provides pharmacy services and clinical support to long-term care, assisted living, post-acute care, and developmental disability providers throughout Illinois and neighboring states.
