A Bidding War for "Maning Rights' of new 100,000 seat stadium in Memphis area.
MEMPHIS, Tenn. - iSportsWire -- The bidding war for the proposed new 100,000 seat State-Of-The-Art stadium in the Memphis area was always going to attract organizations from banks, insurance companies, crypto companies. Bidding is now in a frenzy.
The stadium, located on 600+/- acres of land is part of a $6.5 Billion dollar attraction called MAGIC GARDENS.
The initial minimum amount for the "Naming Rights" for the stadium was set at $650 million for a ten year period which is what SoFi paid for the stadium in Los Angeles. The bidding has is now surpassing the $850 million mark and still expected to climb.
Baron Storm who is the visionary behind the MAGIC GARDENS project and who is very familiar with the value of advertising because of his many years in producing and distributing network television shows in over 65 countries thinks that the final figure may exceed $1 billion USD.

"Obviously it's a lot of money at $100 million a year," he says, "but when you think that a 30 second commercial at the high end can cost $5 million dollars in the Super Bowl and millions in normal television advertising, $100 million is still a steal. For example Fiji Water who had never advertised on television created 4 X 15 second commercials and ran a campaign that cost them $35 million. With the "Naming Rights" the exposure for the company that has its name attached can benefit from almost 24/7/365 global advertising as the stadium has a full production and global broadcast facility to enhance name and brand exposure."
The project also includes the incredible MAGIC GARDENS condo/hotel with over 4,200 rooms that are now available to be reserved with as little as a $3,500 USD reservation fee for the 1-2 bedroom units and a $7,500 USD for one of the 200 luxury penthouses. All units are available for reservation on a first come first served basis. Reservations are already being taken. When the owner does not use his unit the Units are managed by the hotel and the nightly rental revenue of the units is split between the owner and the hotel on a 50/50 basis.

"There are companies out there looking to reserve 25 -100+ Condo Units or more because the ROI is so lucrative," says Baron Storm. "There are also some great pre-construction prices that come along with reservations. Investors can save in excess of $100,000 USD on the condo units by securing an early reservation." He added.
