ST. LOUIS - iSportsWire -- One of the region's longest-running active aging traditions is entering a new chapter. After decades as the St. Louis Senior Olympics, the Jewish Community Center (The J)'s signature community sports event will return in 2026 as the St. Louis Legends Games.
The rebrand reflects a shift in how adults age 50 and older see themselves and removes language that no longer resonates with many participants.
Each year, the event brings together hundreds of athletes from across the St. Louis region, offering competitive, recreational, and social opportunities designed to support wellness at a wide range of ability levels.
The St. Louis Legends Games name and visual identity retain a sense of tradition while introducing a modern, distinctly St. Louis look. The brand incorporates elements inspired by the Gateway Arch and the region's strong sports culture, signaling both pride and accessibility.
