"Once Jeremy walked the facility and saw the kind of aerospace, defense, and industrial equipment our engineers produce, the conversation shifted immediately," Hengy said. The visit sparked a collaborative process in which the founders analyzed the best ideas from smokers they had cooked on over the years - what worked, what failed, and where compromises were being made across the industry. That process ultimately led to the creation of The Evolution, Superior Smokers' flagship offset smoker.

Rather than approaching the product as a consumer appliance, Superior Smokers design each smoker as mission-critical equipment.
