TAMPA, Fla. - iSportsWire -- YES HIM Consulting, Inc. announces that Vanessa Youmans, MA, RHIA, CCS, CPC, Chief Operating Officer of YES, has been elected to serve as a Director on the Florida Health Information Management Association (FHIMA) Board of Directors for the 2025-2026 term.

Vanessa Youmans will be officially installed during the FHIMA Installation Ceremony on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, held in conjunction with the FHIMA Annual Convention. Her election recognizes years of dedication to the Health Information Management (HIM) field and her strong leadership within the industry. She will serve alongside fellow directors and executive board members to help advance the mission of FHIMA and support the professional development of HIM professionals across Florida.

FHIMA, a component state association of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), serves HIM professionals throughout Florida. Its annual board election saw participation from 175 eligible members across the state, culminating in the announcement of its newly elected board.
