Every card in a Waffles pack is a real, physical card held in the shop's inventory in Calgary. Each pack contains four cards, and packs start at US$10. After opening a pack, the buyer chooses for each card: ship it, hold it in their vault, sell it back to the shop for credit to their Waffles balance, or list it in the card shop at a price they set. Collectors who would rather skip packs can buy single cards outright, or make an offer beside the Buy button.

Cards ship from Calgary by Canada Post. The free shipping option is a plain envelope with no tracking or insurance. Tracked and insured options are priced at Canada Post's live quote for the parcel.

Waffles shows its working. Pack odds are calculated from the cards actually left in stock, so they change as cards are pulled. The average and median value of a pack are shown at waffles.cards/odds before anyone buys. Every pack opening also publishes a commitment and its seed, so a buyer can recompute the result inside the app.
